We loved the one bedroom unit with a separate sitting area and table with a mini kitchen. The microwave was very handy. That set up was perfect. We loved the breakfast staff and offerings at the buffet. The staff were so welcoming in the breakfast area. They welcomed us with big smiles. It was also impressive to see those young teens working so hard. The chefs were the best and the managers were friendly and helpful. The greeters made the morning special. Thank you to the breakfast buffet staff. We were lucky to be invited to the Christmas event. This really made our holiday. The food was exceptional. The decorations brought the whole atmosphere together. The music was amazing and fun. Those musicians are very talented! The other guests dancing was memorable and of course Santa gave gifts to the kids! Thank you also to the staff at the doors and in the lobby. We were greeted every time we left the building or arrived. Loved all the smiles. The location is excellent. Close to everything.

I would like to complain this family suites should have a microwave but nil your kitchen cabinet is like a dummy..and in your booking.dot com l view there a soft drink can,tikbit in freezer and why nothing in freezer .....should have right? Food delicious but need some Malaysian kueh mueh, this a second time l checkin breakfas...under Noble resort hotel......cause breakfast are sharing with the straits hotel(Asia malacca hotel) and Noble resort hotel...staff are very pleasant ..especially ms Polencial the new operation manager,and house keeping maid,as well front line staf

The rooms were large and comfortable. Our teen boys slept in a connecting room by themselves while our side have the bedroom and living room (with a sofa and table). Swimming pool was clean although abit cold since it's at the top floor. Reception during check-in was pretty smooth. What's nice is that the elevator have direct access from room to the parking so it's easy to move luggage or things around. Breakfast was nice and coffee machine was really good. WiFi was also good for streaming videos but if you need higher speeds you can purchase the higher speeds separately.

Stayed at the family kids studio with 5 pax. The layout, arrangement and environment was exceptionally convenient for parents & kids. Separate rooms & bathrooms, a living room and a pantry, all in clean state and there’s plenty of rooms for all. The pool was also good for splashing out with wide view of straits of malacca and city center. And of course, the operating hours was also flexible. Breakfast menu covered a lot of choice and serves the morning appetite.

We selected this hotel above Hatten bec we love the tranquility and yet near to all necessities. Moving around is so easy with Watson and plenty food food jus a lane away. More to that is all the staff put on a smile and greet and look so prepared to serve in their uniforms! The concierge staff were so obliging and even helped us to settle the cakes in the kitchen fridge! This is something out of the service boundary! Thank you!
